Manage Your ParentSquare Notification Preferences

The beginning of the school year brings plenty of information from teachers, schools, and the district. ParentSquare allows families to choose how and when they receive these messages.

Parents and guardians can customize notifications for email, text messages and the ParentSquare app. Families who prefer fewer individual alerts can select Daily Digest, which combines the day’s general posts into one evening update delivered at approximately 6:00 p.m. Emergency alerts and urgent notices will still be sent immediately.

Using the ParentSquare App

1. Open the ParentSquare app.
2. Tap the three-line menu in the upper-left corner.
3. Select Account.
4. Select Notifications.
5. Choose Digest for app, email, and/or text notifications.
6. Toggle on or off for app, text, and email notifications for direct messages 

Using the ParentSquare Website

1. Log in to ParentSquare.
2. Select your name in the upper-right corner.
3. Select Manage Account.
4. Select Notification Settings.
5. Choose Digest for app, email and/or text notifications.
6. Choose if you want to receive app, text, and email notifications for direct messages. 

Each ParentSquare user must update their own preferences. This allows every parent or guardian to choose the notification schedule and delivery methods that work best for them.
